Cancellation Policy
Private Lessons: for cancelations please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson to avoid getting charged. We are unable to issue refunds but will reschedule your session to a different date/time that works for you. Group Classes: prices are fixed for the entire course. Missing a session does not entitle you to any refund. If a class is canceled by the instructor, it will be rescheduled at a date/time that works for the entire group. If for some reason, you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, you will be refunded the amount that equals to that session, or you can use that amount as credit for a different course or a one-on-one session.
